「練習瑜伽或太極拳是很好的禪修。當你練習時,把你腦袋中的垃圾全部丟掉,別管自己能不能達到目標,只要你一站上去,就扎扎實實的完成每個動作,專注在那個時刻,這就是禪修。」
Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo:
“To practice Yoga or Tai-chi is a good meditation. All the junk in your head, when you practice, throw it away. Do not worry you can not achieve the target or not. As long as you stand up, on a down-to-earth completion of each action, the focus at that moment, this is the meditation.”
