在我的角度來看，人生看起來似乎簡單，但實際上它是相當複雜的。因此，我們不應對任何事物視作理所當然，因為我們不會知道傷害是從那裡而來。可悲的是，很多時候它是來自那些我們認識的人，這樣的情況是非常艱難，而且令我們感到憂傷。因此，我們必須時刻保持警惕和正念，不要被這些情境戰勝我們，而是讓尊重與愛在心中成長。

In my opinion, life may seem to look straightforward but actually it is quite complicated. Therefore, we should not take anything for granted because we will not know where harm may come from. Sadly, many times it comes from someone we know, and such a situation is very difficult and makes us feel disheartened. Thus, we must always be vigilant and mindful not to let these occasions overcome us, but let our respect and love grow in our hearts.
